1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BullWiser — including the MF Analyser, Fund Scanner, or any associated web pages — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Nature of the Service

BullWiser is a free web-based platform providing quantitative data analysis tools for mutual fund research. Our tools are for educational and informational purposes only. All outputs — including scores, comparisons, expense ratios, and return data — are derived from publicly available sources such as AMFI and MFApi.

These outputs are:

• Not personalised investment advice
• Not recommendations to buy, sell, or hold any mutual fund or security
• Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely
• Subject to change without notice

3. Account Registration

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account by providing your name, email address, and a password. You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting [email protected]. Deletion removes your profile data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Paid Features & Pricing

BullWiser offers a Fund Impact Report as a paid feature. The report is available for a one-time payment of ₹99 per download. Each payment covers one PDF download for one fund.

BullWiser offers NISM Pro as a paid feature: a one-time payment of ₹999 granting unlimited access to NISM Series V-A and Series XV mock tests and chapter-wise analytics. NISM Pro is not a subscription — there are no recurring charges and nothing to cancel. "Lifetime access" means access for the lifetime of the NISM Pro product, i.e. for as long as BullWiser continues to offer the NISM Pro service. If the service is ever discontinued, no recurring fees would have been charged in the interim.

Investor Pro is a recurring subscription (monthly or yearly) and can be cancelled at any time from your profile page; access continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Payments are processed securely via Cashfree Payments. Upon successful payment, access is activated immediately.

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. BullWiser reserves the right to revise pricing at any time; changes will not affect payments already made.

5. Permitted Use

You may use BullWiser solely for your personal, non-commercial research and informational purposes. You may not:

• Scrape, harvest, or bulk-download data from the platform
• Reproduce or redistribute platform outputs for commercial purposes
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's infrastructure

6. Limitation of Liability

BullWiser and its operators shall not be liable for any financial loss, trading loss, or consequential damages arising from the use of or reliance on any output produced by our tools. Market participation involves inherent risk that no analytical tool can eliminate.

The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Intellectual Property

All platform design, scoring methodologies, UI elements, and original content are the intellectual property of BullWiser © 2025–2026. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhusawal, Maharashtra.
