Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Service

BullWiser offers two paid options for premium features:

• Pay-per-PDF — ₹199: A single Honest Audit PDF Report for one mutual fund of your choice. This is a one-time payment with no recurring charges. The PDF is digitally generated and delivered instantly upon payment.
• Monthly Plan — ₹499/month: A recurring monthly subscription that includes up to 10 PDF downloads per month, fund comparison, unlimited scanner access, and all premium features. Billing recurs every 30 days until cancelled.

Since PDF reports are digitally generated documents delivered instantly upon payment, they cannot be returned, exchanged, or recalled once generated.

2. Refund Policy — Pay-per-PDF (₹199)

All pay-per-PDF purchases are final and non-refundable once the PDF has been successfully generated and is available for download. This applies to:

• PDF reports that have been successfully generated and downloaded
• Cases where the user is dissatisfied with the analysis or verdict
• Purchases made for the wrong fund or incorrect inputs
• Change of mind after payment

We strongly encourage you to verify the fund name and your SIP details on the analyser page before initiating payment. The free features — fund score, return data, and expense ratio — are available without payment to help you decide.

3. Cancellation Policy — Monthly Plan (₹499/month)

You may cancel your Monthly Plan at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect immediately and stops all future billing.

• No refund is issued for the current billing month — you retain full access to all plan features until the period ends.
• Cancellation does not delete your account or any previously downloaded PDF reports.
• Downgrading to the free tier happens automatically at the end of the billing period.

There are no lock-in periods, no cancellation fees, and no questions asked.

4. Exceptions — When We Will Help

We will resolve the following issues on a case-by-case basis, no questions asked:

• Duplicate payment: If you were charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, the duplicate charge will be refunded in full within 7 business days.
• Payment deducted, PDF not delivered: If your bank account was debited but the PDF was not generated or was blank/corrupted due to a technical failure on our end, we will either redeliver the report or issue a full refund within 7 business days.
• Subscription charged after cancellation: If you were billed after a confirmed cancellation, that charge will be refunded in full.

To report any of the above, email [email protected] with your transaction ID and a brief description within 7 days of the transaction date.

5. Chargeback Policy

Initiating an unjustified chargeback or bank dispute after successfully receiving the digital service is considered fraud under applicable Indian law. We reserve the right to contest any such chargeback with full supporting evidence including transaction records, delivery logs, and download timestamps.
